Trappist bread
We bake our Trappist bread ourselves according to our own recipe, prepared with Westmalle Dubbel, on request for sale at € 5.00 (+/- 1000 gr).
Craft cheese farm Baliehof in Jabbeke
let our cheese mature for at least 3 months in “Ostensche Strever blond” house beer.

Fresh salad with goat cheese, bacon baked, croutons, apples
